Abstract:
In the educational expansion, the institutional theory guides normative isomorphism in terms of the legal framework (regulatory bodies), environmental laws, and social enforcements like people, time, caste, and religion and this contributes to institution building. The organizations should consider creative tension and creative destruction i.e always do not allow institutionalism to take away the intuitions while following isomorphism in industry settings. Moreover, how organizational learning happens in the expansion of institutions is of interest to scholars and practitioners.
