Abstract: Work from home is in increasing demand particularly in IT and ITES industry. This has not only helped the organization in reducing the cost but also tap and retain the potential which otherwise would not have been utilized. This flexi work arrangement has increased the employee satisfaction and commitment towards the organization. This paper tries to explore the aspects and benefits of the work from option. Certainly this paper will motivate the top management of the organizations to re/look into this option in the emerging market condition.
