Some Propositions about Institutions Building

Abstract: The process of growth and development of institutions requires more attention than it has been given. Eighteen propositions are given under five categories: goals, people, structure, culture, and leadership. The propositions state important dimension in relation to these five aspects, and raise relevant issues on institution building. The main focus of all propositions is on the process of institution building.
