Abstract:
ILO pub-wep pub. Working paper on economic theory of human capital investment - uses catastrophe theory (mathematical analysis) to generate a model on effects of income distribution and educational policy change on political behaviour in developing countries, and concludes that there exists significiant empirical support for explaining socioeconomic origins of political instability.
