Working paper on basic needs satisfaction and industrialization policy regarding food products in Mexico - analyses food consumption among low income families and income distribution and indicates changes in habits; calculates annual food industry gross domestic product growth rate and employment creation; evaluates agricultural development and other food and nutrition programmes.
