Abstract: Discusses the principles of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations and the Committee on Freedom of Association concerning the freedom of association and collective bargaining rights of workers in export processing zones (EPZs), the recommedations made by them and the measures taken by the governments of EPZ-operating countries pursuant to such recommendations.
