Godfrey, Shane,
ILO Working Papers from International Labour Organization
Abstract:
In South Africa, collective bargaining operates at multiple levels. The main distinction to draw is between single-employer bargaining and multi- employer bargaining. Single-employer bargaining takes place at the branch, company or corporate levels, while multi-employer bargaining involves a number of employers who are usually represented by an employers’ organization.
