Abstract:
This paper examines compliance with labour regulations across West Africa, revealing widespread and persistent gaps between legal protections and workers’ actual conditions. It highlights the need to strengthen enforcement and promote decent work to enhance both workers’ well-being and respect for the rule of law in the region.
