Abstract: This Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes—Data Module (Data ROSC) assesses the quality of Cambodia’s key macroeconomic statistics programs. The assessment is based on the 2025 pilot version of the IMF’s Data Quality Assessment Framework (DQAF) and covers the national accounts, consumer price index, government finance, public sector debt, monetary and financial, balance of payments, and international investment position statistics. The National Institute of Statistics (NIS) is responsible for national accounts and price statistics. The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) is responsible for government finance and public sector debt statistics. The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) is responsible for monetary and financial, balance of payments, and international investment position statistics.
