Income distribution and economic growth. A comparison between Latin America and Southeast Asia

Abstract: Since the point of view of contemporary economic analysis, the theories of growth occupy a place, particulary in the study of the structural phenomenon and long run. Now, in the purpose for coming more actual or endogenous models of economic growth is associated with the definition of appropriated socioeconomic conditions and the incorporation of the public makings. This paper presents a description of the main worked aspects until now about the dynamic of economic growth and the distributive problem, and it presents a revision of the stylized facts and evidence in Latin American and the south East Asiatic countries.
