An analysis of out of school youth who have not completed matric: what can available data tell us?

Abstract: This short report, commissioned by the IPSS Youth Focus Project funded by the Ford Foundation, investigates the extent to which available public data can inform trajectories of post-school youth and the critical gaps that the public data does not address.
