Abstract: Este trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar que a evolução da tipologia do complexo multiuso, somada ao conceito de Open Mall, no contexto da cultura Pós-Moderna, foi capaz de gerar um modelo de edifício e de implantação urbana que se constitui num referencial paradigmático contemporâneo de sustentabilidade que utilizamos em novos projetos recentemente realizados.
