Abstract: The transformation of informal units into modern small enterprises is a policy frequently proposed in developing countries. This évolution is a logic way for economic development, but many difficulties appear at econonic and social global level. This transition suppose internal dynamics of the informal unit for its financial policy and for its management, with a growing productivity and the research of optimal rentability.
