Abstract: L'ouverture de la concurrence du marche americain du gaz naturel s'accompagne de profondes modifications des reglementations mises en place pour une organisation et un fonctionnement efficace de l'industrie gaziere. L'object principal de notre papier est d'essayer de transcrire les faits stylises du marche du gaz naturel en Amerique du Nord et de modeliser la structure de l'industrie dans ce secteur ouvert en aval a la concurrence (ou en voie de l'etre).
