Abstract:
As part of the Advancing Resilience and Community Health (ARCH) project, networks of community-based organizations (CBOs) took steps to advance their relationships with healthcare institutions (payers and hospital systems) at a scale that would make a difference in addressing patients’ social determinants of health (SDOH).
