Abstract: The primary goal of the evaluation technical assistance (TA) was to help the grantees and their evaluators produce rigorous evidence of program effectiveness that would meet the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) evidence review standards.
