Abstract:
This report describes the structure and intent of the National Long-Term Care Channeling Demonstration, the characteristics of the ten Channeling projects, the client and system level activities of the projects, the environmnets in which they operated, and the factors that influenced the implementation and early operations of Channeling. It represents a status report on the first year of operation of the demonstration and provides background information for the full evelaution of the impact and cost-effectiveness of Channeling.
