Abstract:
Mathematica recently completed a mixed-methods performance evaluation of improvements to Namibia’s Community Skills and Development Centers (COSDECs), funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation. The improvements covered COSDECs’ infrastructure, tools and equipment, and technical capacity.
