Abstract:
In this brief administrative data from the Social Security Administration was used to examine the paths followed by new awardees of Social Security Disability Insurance (DI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and to study the characteristics of awardees who have been most likely to take particular DI and SSI paths.
