Abstract: This memorandum presents the number of school-age children that are income-eligible for Child Nutrition (CN) programs in 2006 based on 2004 SIPP Panel Core data (Waves 8, 9, and 10). These 2006 results update and use the same methodology as the 2005 estimates found in Memo 562.
