Abstract: The Strategic Learning and Evaluation Executive of Atlantic Philanthropies (AP) asked Mathematica Policy Research to evaluate progress made by its Children and Youth (CY) programme in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) towards achieving its two core objectives: (1) promote prevention and early intervention; and (2) advance children’s rights.
