Abstract:
Research aimed to analyze the role of the social actors, in France and in Quebec, in the governance of the conciliation. At the end of research, we propose the track of a strategy renewed around the concept of flexi-security, in a new and widened meaning. Thus, while the flexi-security of employment aims at protecting the people in spite of increasingly flexible structures, one can think that "family flexi-security" could attempt to protect the family parentality and solidarity in a context from strong evolutions concerning the structures of the life in family. Thus, governance and governments would be brought to combine itself in order to promote the harmonized participation of all the actors and on all the levels, that it is in the sphere of the work or that of the family
