Abstract:
The Report offers a comprehensive picture of the demand of soft coverings (textiles, simulated leather, leather) in 20 European countries, providing trends on quantitative demand, by price range and kind of product, key customers and key suppliers. Covering segments analysed: fabrics (vegetable, animal, artificial, synthetic, printed, plain, jacquard, coated), simulated leather (low, middle and upper end), leather Countries considered: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden (Northern Europe); Belgium, France, United Kingdom (Western Europe); Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland (Central Europe); Italy, Portugal, Spain (Southern Europe); Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia (East Europe); Turkey The report is based on 100 direct interviews with upholstered furniture, textile and leather manufacturers, field and desk research, detailed trade statistics.
