Cahiers de recherche from Universite de Montreal, Departement de sciences economiques

Abstract: Dans Cette Etude, Nous Abordons le Probleme de la Mobilite des Patients En Definissant Trois Types de Mobilite: la Mobilite Forcee (Manque de Ressources), la Mobilite Induite Par les Offreurs de Services (Affiliations Hospitalieres) et la Mobilite Choisie Par les Patients. Puis, Nous Mettons En Evidence les Variables Susceptibles D'expliquer les Deplacements des Patients au Quebec (1977-1978) Pour Deux Interventions Chirurgicales. Nous Verifions Que les Mobilites Forcees et Induites Expliquent Significativement les Deplacements des Patients.
