Abstract:
The input–output table for India has been constructed for the year 2013-14 consistent with the National Accounts estimates given in the National Accounts Statistics (NAS) 2015, while the supply use table (SUT) is for the year 2012-13. In order to allow for comparisons with the 2007-08 inputoutput table, the number of sectors has been kept the same. The validation has been done by physically comparing the output multipliers for these two tables. The 2012-13 SUT has 140 rows and 67 columns, which have been collapsed and expanded, respectively, to make the 130 x 130 inputoutput table. Length: 20 pages
