Abstract:
With growing competition, higher education institutions have to pay more attention to efficient recruiting students and providing them a high quality service in order to prepare them for a future professional life. Universities need to see their students as customers and threat them as such. Therefore, it is important to learn about their decision-making process. The paper present results of analysis of student expectations when starting their studies at Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno. Its also analyzes decision making process of potential student - identifies sources of information which are used by student to justify decision. Paper is also describing student´s satisfaction with entry examinations process on FBE.
