The OECD Competition Committee held a roundtable discussion on the Failing Firm Defence in October 2009. This document includes an executive summary and the documents from the meeting: an analytical note by the OECD, written submissions from Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, the United States, Israel, the Russian Federation, South Africa, Chinese Taipei, the European Commission and BIAC, as well as an aide-memoire.
