Abstract: The OECD Competition Committee debated the use of resale price maintenance for publications and cultural products in February 1997. This document includes an executive summary, an analytical note by the OECD and written submissions from Australia, Canada, Finland, the European Commission, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Norway, Sweden, the United States and BIAC, as well as an aide memoire of the discussion.
