No 150, OECD Roundtables on Competition Policy Papers from OECD Publishing
Abstract:
The Competition Committee and its subsidiary bodies hold occasional “hearings” to address strategic issues outside the core competition domain and to improve the analysis in such areas where competition can be meaningful. A hearing on Arbitration and Competition was held by Working Party N. 3 in October 2010. This document includes an aide-memoire as well as written contributions.
