No 278, OECD Roundtables on Competition Policy Papers from OECD Publishing
Abstract:
This paper considers several competition policy challenges related to market power in the digital era, including questions about the relationship between new regulatory concepts related to market power and established enforcement concepts such as dominance. It was prepared as a background note for discussions on “Market Power in the Digital Economy and Competition Policy” which took place at the June 2022 session of the OECD Competition Committee.
