Abstract: The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This research has a hypothesis that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. By using accidental sampling, this study conducted a survey on non-medical employees of a hospital. A simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data to answer the research problem. The results showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the final section of this article will explain managerial implications, research limitations and suggestions for future research
