Abstract: This research is to know how big influence from accounting information and task uncertainty to managerial performance at PDAM Tirta Anom Banjar. The method used in this research is descriptive deasin. Data collection technique is done through primary data in the form of questionnaire. While to analyze data obtained by using correlation coefficient of product moment, coefficient of determination, and path analysis to know moderation variable. Hypothesis test using t test and and F test. The result showed that accounting information have significant effect to managerial performance at Tirta Anom PDAM Banjar City, task uncertainty have significant effect to managerial performance at Tirta Anom PDAM Banjar City, and accountancy information and task uncertainty together -the same significant effect on managerial performance at PDAM Tirta Anom Banjar City. Empirically and the results of the task variable uncertainty analysis can moderate the managerial performance. The implications of this research for managers and supervisory board within the company, it is suggested to be able to formulate and reevaluate job description of each employee so that task uncertainty can be minimized
