Remembering Marvin Chirelstein

Abstract: It is a privilege for me to contribute to this volume remembering Marvin Chirelstein, for he changed the course of my life. I knew Marvin best as my teacher, and that perspective informs my remarks. To put it most directly, I would not be doing what I have been doing for the past thirty-plus years, if I had not taken Marvin's courses. I would also venture to say that this is true of innumerable lawyers and law teachers who were his students.
