Abstract: Salary policy is a complex activity that requires the inclusion in rigorous calculations of all the characteristics of the salary, its functions, its correlations with various economic and social variables. It is also necessary to consider the implications on the various interests, often divergent, of the classic partnership triplet: employees (unions), employers and the State.
