Abstract:
Green open space is an important part of urban areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of green open space (RTH) and the area of green open space using Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications, Three Dimensional Applications and Office Applications. The analysis technique used in this research is spatial analysis by way of Overlay (overlapping) using Spot Image 6 & 7 in 2018 which is further analyzed using the Geographic Information System (GIS) application combined with three- dimensional (3D) applications, the map overlay results of the Spot image. 6 & 7, green open space data and DEM are combined in a Three Dimensional application so that the digital map display is in the form of 3D map images, 3D animations and Flood Simulation. The level of technological readiness (TKT) in this study is the creation of a Green Open Space (RTH) map using a mapping application that can produce a green open space distribution map, a 3d map of green open space distribution and a simulation of flooding in the Wanggu watershed. The results of this study are the Map of the Distribution of Green Open Space (RTH) and the area of RTH in Kendari City, from the analysis results obtained an area of 8.29.31 Ha, or 31.02% of the total area of Kendari City 26,737 Ha, this is in accordance with the Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning where it is set at least 30%.
