Abstract: Teori ketidaksetujuan strategis (the strategic disagreements theory of entrepreneurship) digagas oleh Steven Klepper yang menjelaskan kewirausahaan spinoff (spinoff entrepreneurship) atau spinout karyawan (employee spinout) karena ketidaksepakatan antara karyawan dengan manajer mengenai prospek ide atau proyek baru.
