Abstract:
We survey experimental and cross‑disciplinary probes of a universal 1/E^2 suppression law. From mapping photon shot‑noise in LIGO interferometers to high‑frequency gravitational‑wave constraints and lab‑scale quantum‑coherence tests, we outline a comprehensive program to detect intrinsic energy‑suppression signatures. We report O3 upper bounds on kd from our high‑frequency analysis. Extending beyond physics, we propose pilot studies for entropy‑driven cancer diagnostics and explore harmonic analogies in neuroscience and social systems. Finally, we present an interdisciplinary roadmap for data‑sharing, open code, and collaborative ventures.
