Abstract:
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of strategic management on Micro Business Development at the MSME Cooperative Service in Saumlaki Village, West Southeast Maluku Regency. The population in this study was 131 people consisting of 42 employees of the MSME Cooperative Service of MTB District and micro-entrepreneurs in Saumlaki Village as many as 71 people, sample measurement techniques using Ru-mus Slovin, with a set number of samples of 54 people. The results of data analysis using the Simple Linear Regression formula, obtained equations; Y = 8.24 + 0.37 (X), where if there is an increase in strategy management by 1 point, then micro business development will increase by 0.37 points at a constant of 8.24 points, on the contrary, every time there is a decrease in strategy management by 1 point, there will be a decrease in micro business development by 0.37 points at a constant of 8.24 points. Hypothesis testing using Fhitung, obtained a Fhitung value (9.4376) greater than the Ftabel value (4.023) at an error rate of 5%, with dk numerator = 1; and dk denominator (54-1 = 53). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, namely there is a positive and significant influence of strategy management (free var-iabel) on the development of Micro Enterprises (bound variables) in the MSME Cooperative Office of West Southeast Maluku Regency is accepted. Keywords : Strategy management and microenterprise development.
