Abstract: Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of of training and work motivation on the employee productivity of South Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The population in this study were all employees of the South Sulawesi statistics center (BPS) totaling 88 employees. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version, 21.0. The results of the study provide evidence that the training has insignificant positive effect on work productivity, in other tests proved that the work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee productivity
