Abstract:
This study aims to determine how the application of m-banking in improving banking service at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Pembantu Simpang Haru. This study uses as descriptive method in collecting data by interview the Bank. The results of study prove that there is an increas in customers using the m-bnking feature, because it makes it easier and saves customers time in conducting banking transactions
