PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) TERHADAP PDRB HARGA BERLAKU MELALUI BELANJA MODAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI KABUPATEN CIREBON TAHUN 2011-2016

Abstract: The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how the influence of Regional Original Income on GRDP at Current Prices through Capital Expenditure as an Intervening Variable. This research was conducted using secondary data, namely taking sample data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of West Java Province, in Cirebon Regency in 2011-2016. The research method used using quantitative methods. The data analysis method used is the method of intervening variable analysis. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, it is obtained that the PAD variable (X) has a direct influence on the GDP Current Price variable (Y), the PAD variable (X) also has a direct influence on the Capital Expenditure variable (M), then the Capital Expenditure variable (M) has a direct influence on the GRDP variable at current prices (Y), the PAD variable (X) has no direct effect on GRDP at current prices (Y). While the capital expenditure variable (M) is obtained from its significance value, there is a direct effect of capital expenditure (M) on GRDP at current prices (Y). So it can be concluded that PAD has an indirect effect on GRDP through capital expenditures or in other words capital expenditures mediates the relationship between PAD and GRDP at current prices.
