Abstract:
Cooperative management is a professional activity carried out by cooperatives to assist all cooperative members in achieving their goals. Cooperative management is not based on coercion of authority, but through involvement and participation. Cooperative management in principle refers to modern organizational management. The most decisive point in the course of an organizational organization is the fundamental idea that underlies the establishment of an organization. By unifying cooperative management as part of cooperatives and as a representation of the important principles of cooperatives themselves, we can develop management and democracy within cooperatives.
