Abstract:
This study aims to find out how to create an effective work team and performance in an organization, where an organization's success is determined by the performance of human resources both individually and in teams. In organizational processes, it takes two or more people to work together to create or form a goal that will be achieved efficiently if both of them work together rather than working individually. The work carried out by several individuals who work together shows the existence of a work team (teamwork) that has the same vision and mission in achieving the targets that must be achieved by the organization. There are several stages to developing a work team consisting of forming, stroming, norming, performing and adjouring. The research method used is qualitative method which produces group cohesiveness and productivity among group members.
