Abstract:
Much of contemporary research utilises what is called ‘power priming’, which involves providing subjects with scenarios of either high or low power positions {see for instance. This has been found to not only create a sufficient ‘set’ for the research, but to significantly effect actual outcomes, for instance increasing success in procuring job positions
