From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the zakat collection system by the Jami Al-Muhajirin Mosque uses 2 (two) systems, namely first, zakat is immediately picked up by the mosque administrator to the muzakki and secondly, the muzakki deposits the zakat directly to the Jami Al-Muhajirin Mosque. Meanwhile, the factors that cause people's reluctance to pay zakat and infaq through the Jami Al-Muhajirin Mosque are that the community wants to pay their own zakat and infaq to the mustahiq they want and is also due to the lack of trust level of the community in the mosque, then it is also caused by Muzakki not understanding how the procedure or method of paying zakat and infaq through the Jami AL-Muhajirin Mosque. The policy carried out by the Jami Al-Muhajirin Mosque in attracting muzakki or the community to pay their zakat through the mosque is to vigorously socialize the existence of the mosque itself to the community.
