Abstract:
Idea assessment refers to the process of determining if a company concept is viable and in line with customer demands. There are various aspects of Sketch Pad that need to be taken into account, including Customers, Offerings, Value Propositions, Core Competencies, and People. Before implementing their company ideas, aspiring entrepreneurs must do a variety of feasibility analyses, including Porter's Five Forces Model, Industry and Market Feasibility, and PESTEL Analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Environment, and Legal) (Suppliers, Buyers, Substitutes, Potential Entrants, Industry Competitors)
