Abstract: Lịch sử đã chứng minh những nơi có nhiều người giàu có là những nơi có thương mại phát triển. Sự giàu có của thành Troy là một điển hình. Thương mại liên quan đến nhiều lĩnh vực trong đời sống nhưng luôn bị đối xử bất công. Thương mại có thể phát triển ở những khu vực không có đầu tư, nhưng chắc chắn người ta ta sẽ không đầu tư ở những khu vực không có thương mại.
