Abstract:
This registration is a report of the preliminary findings of a rapid systematic review of workplace equity and inclusion initiatives for sexual and gender minority populations. The rapid review, following a preregistered protocol and Cochrane and PRISMA guidelines, systematically identifies the characteristics of research and initiatives about workplace equity and inclusion of sexual and gender minority populations. This report shares findings and recommendations to inform Government initiatives about what works for improving workplace equity and inclusion of sexual and gender minority populations.
