Abstract: セレンディピティの概念を明らかにした後で、それは経営戦略論の資源ベース視角の中核概念をなす組織能力にあたると捉えて、セレンディピティによるイノベーションを促進する組織能力を究明した。予期せぬ情報がイノベーションの源泉になるという考え方を組織に浸透させることが特に重要である。
