Abstract: Missionary conflict is inevitable and potentially dangerous if mismanaged. However, when missionaries in conflict seek to cooperate by understanding each other’s perspectives and interests, creative solutions that respond to most, if not all, of the relevant concerns can be found. This requires much time and effort, and sometimes outside help. However, cooperation with a desire to love and serve the other is a Christ-like response that is well worth the cost.
